Standard / State Level - Starting at $175

  • Approximately 7-10 days business days, but this can vary from State to State. The State of Florida is currently running over a month behind.

  • Rush Service is available at an additional fee; please contact me for a quote.

  • One Apostilled Document with Federal verification (each additional document is $75) (these documents will need to also be submitted the Designation Country’s embassy and those fees vary. The embassy fee will be quoted prior to our performing the service for your review).

  • Approximately 30-45 business days

Extras  / Add-ons

  • Certified Translation Services: 250 words per page - $30, each additional page $30.00, plus $25.00 notarization fee. Prior to services being performed, we will provide you with a quote for your review and approval.

  • Additional notarial acts/stamps: $10 per stamp

  • Expedited Domestic Shipping Fees: $65.00

  • International Shipping Fees will be quoted separately

  • Travel within roundtrip radius of 15 miles from office or satellite offices

e-Recording Services - $75, plus costs*

When you have a deed, affidavit, lien, etc., and need to have it recorded, you don't need to send a courier to the courthouse or drive there yourself and wait in line. We can recorded it for you. Just overnight us your original document and we can upload it to the clerk of the court the day we receive it.

* Typical costs include eRecording platform fees, state recording fees, documentary stamp tax, intangible taxes.  Call our office for a more detailed quote.

Business Entity Creation Assistance - $100, plus costs**

Service Includes:

  • Review of proposed business name and confirmation with the State as to the availability of same.

  • Required forms and information needed to setup your business.

  • Sending documents to the State for processing.

* Typical costs include State required filing fees.

  • Obtaining an employment identification number (EIN)

  • Corporate Book personalized with your company's name.
