In-Person (Ink) Notarizations
I provide mobile and in-person notary services for individuals, businesses, and real estate professionals who require traditional notarization outside of a remote online platform. In-person notarizations are performed in compliance with Tennessee notary law and require the personal physical appearance of all signers at the time of notarization.
Each appointment is completed with careful attention to identity verification, document compliance, and proper execution of notarial certificates to help ensure your documents are accepted by the receiving party.

Remote Online Notarizations*
All Remote Online Notarization (RON) sessions are conducted through a secure, state-approved platform designed to ensure identity verification, document integrity, and legal compliance. Every session includes multi-factor identity authentication (including Knowledge-Based Authentication and/or credential analysis), encrypted audio/video communication, and a tamper-evident electronic notarial certificate.
Your completed documents are securely stored and delivered in a format that preserves audit trails and ensures acceptance by receiving agencies, lenders, and title companies.
* Remote Online Notarization (RON) is not accepted in all states or by all agencies. Please confirm that your receiving party accepts electronically notarized documents before scheduling, especially for estate planning documents such as wills and trusts.

Deposition / Trial Services
Rate: $50/hour*
As a certified notary public, I offer my services to administer oaths and verify the identity of witnesses or deponents attending depositions or trials remotely via Zoom or other electronic platforms. I ensure that the testimony is conducted securely and according to legal standards. Additionally, I can provide a laptop to the person giving testimony if they do not have access to one.
Service includes:

Verifying the identity of the witness or deponent;

Providing secure use of a laptop, if needed; and

Ensuring all notarial requirements are met for remote testimony.

e-Recording Services - $75, plus costs*
When you have a deed, affidavit, lien, etc., and need to have it recorded, you don't need to send a courier to the courthouse or drive there yourself and wait in line. We can recorded it for you. Just overnight us your original document and we can upload it to the clerk of the court the day we receive it.
* Typical costs include eRecording platform fees, state recording fees, documentary stamp tax, intangible taxes. Call our office for a more detailed quote. Services are only available for States/Counties that allow for eRecording.

Business Entity Creation Assistance - $100, plus costs**
